  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to our terms and conditions.
  • Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code that will work for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The Latch app is required for use during your stay.
  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

  • This unit is located on the 4th floor of the building; an elevator is available onsite.
  • Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code that will work for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The Latch app is required for use during your stay.
  • Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security.

Policies and Rules

  • Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Children allowed.

  • No pets allowed.
  • Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
  • GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
  • All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
  • All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.

Parking Information

  • Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises.
  • If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or if you have extra vehicles, first-come, first-serve street parking is available.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Pool is open seasonally, typically between the early spring months and the end of October from 10AM to 10PM, at the discretion of the HOA.
  • For 2025, the pool will be open on March 1st, 2025.
  • As a guest at Hyve, you have access to building amenities: pool, gym, community grills, outdoor ping pong, lounge areas around the firepit, and rooftop areas with panoramic views of the city.
  • GoodNight Stay offers guests amenities for kitchens and bathrooms: Kitchen set includes dishwashing tablet, dish soap, dish sponge, laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, paper towel rolls, trash bags, coffee bag, and coffee filters. The bathroom set in each full bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body bar soap, hand bar soap, makeup wipe, and trash can liner. Additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Hyve is a secure building with on-site security.
  • Amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable for risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the guest.
  • Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are provided.

Noise and Location Considerations

  • The building is adjacent to railroad tracks; some units may experience noise from passing trains. This unit is located in the front of the building, so occasional train noise may be heard from the balcony or pool area.
  • The location is in downtown Nashville; guests may encounter city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, tourists, construction, and individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. Urban settings may not be suitable for everyone.

  • Complimentary luggage holding for a designated period, subject to availability.
